Returns & Exchanges

At Clementine Kids, we want you to love every piece you purchase for your little ones. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box or mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
